Reward Qualification Terms

  • Metro Apartment Finders and your agent's name must be listed on both your guest card and rental application.

  • Some properties require that we register you before you visit.

  • Please notify your agent before visiting the communities so your agent can verify registration requirements have been fulfilled.

  • Monthly rental rate must be a minimum of $1200 after concessions to arrive at the net effective rent on a lease term of at least 12 months and community must offer at least 100% or more of one months rent commission to qualify for 2 hour Metro Free Move or $100 Cash Reward or E-Gift Card from Amazon®.

  • Rental rates under $1200 after concessions, lease term of less than 12 months, and / or communities paying less than 100% of one months rent commission qualify for a $50 E-Gift Card from Amazon®..

  • Monthly rental rate must be a minimum of $2000 after concessions to arrive at the net effective rent on a lease term of at least 12 months and community must offer at least 100% or more of one months rent commission to qualify for 3 hour Metro Free Move or $200 Cash Reward or E-Gift Card from Amazon®.

  • Second Chance Leases qualify for Move Credit or E-Gift Card Reward of $50.

  • If community is paying less than 50% of one months rent, no reward is offered.

  • Only one reward will be provided per apartment.

  • Only new leases not in the same management or same building currently or previously lived in qualify for a reward.

  • You will not qualify for reward if transferring within the same management.

  • If you fail to write your Agents Name and our Company Name down where called for by community, no reward is offered.

  • You must submit on line to claim reward within 30 days of moving.

  • To receive E-Gift Card or Cash Reward, our invoice must be paid within 90 days of move in.

  • If a Money Order for Cash Reward is lost, an investigation will be conducted to determine if reward is cashed.

  • If a Money Order is stolen, an investigation as to how it was cashed if cashed will be conducted which can take 60 to 90 days.

  • If Money Order is determined stolen, no further cash reward will be mailed, but an Amazon E-Gift Card will be sent to email.

  • E-Gift Cards will only be sent  to email only after your apartment community has paid invoice if paid within 90 days.

  • E-Gift Card or Cash Reward in form or check or Money Order may be substituted for any reward at our sole discretion.

  • If you break your lease, are evicted, or invoice is not paid due to non-payment of rent, your reward is void. 

  • If your invoice is not paid within 90 days and goes to collections, rewards offer is void.

  • Metro Free Move includes 2 hours of Professional Moving Services through Moving Company of our choice.

  • Metro Apartment Finders must receive written confirmation allowing us permission from community to offer any reward.

  • Metro Free Move only for local DFW and Houston Areas serviced.

  • Moves are completed only to destination of community for which you leased.

  • Movers make only one trip so everything you would like to move must be on truck.

  • Multiple stops may incur an additional fee.

  • E-Gift Card or Cash Reward in form or check or Money Order may be substituted for Metro Free Move for any reason.

  • You agree to hold Metro Apartment Finders harmless for any delay in time, day, or damage that may arise from your move.

  • We recommend not waiting until the last minute or day you must vacate to request move in case movers get delayed.

  • You hold Metro Apartment Finders harmless from any delay in move or move that has to be rescheduled.

  • You must personally call the Moving Company to schedule a time convenient for you and for them after you receive Moving Instructions.

  • Withholding Consent

  • All offers will be void if the property denies Metro Apartment Finders a commission, withholds consent, or does not complete our Lease Confirmation Request.

  • We work with principals only and do not share our information with other Licensed Agents except by prior written agreement.

  • Third Party Data Provider

  • The apartment information from our website www.dallas-apartments.org is supplied and updated by a third party data provider. Metro Apartment Finders uses reasonable efforts to ensure that information is updated on a regular basis but does not guarantee the accuracy of this data.

  • By agreeing to terms, your use of the data shall be at your own risk.

  • You agree hold Metro Apartment Finders harmless of all liability arising from errant data.
